Create a group profile
How wonderful that you choose a group profile to gain insight into the collaboration styles of your team. As the initiator you create a group session here and immediately receive your personal link by email. Add your colleagues right away: on creation they receive an invitation email, so everyone can start at the same time.
What does logging in mean for you?
As the initiator you manage your group session: you invite colleagues, track who's done and view the group result. Your account is essentially the key to your private space. Without login, anyone could see your results. That's why we ask you to log in once: so only you have access to your session and the data within it. We keep your session only so you can return to your dashboard later. Your invited participants do not need an account.
What does it mean for your invitees?
They receive a personal link by email and fill in the questionnaire anonymously. They do not need to create an account or log in. Their answers are not linked to a name and are not individually visible to you as the initiator, unless they explicitly give permission for it. We store nothing more than necessary for the group result. You can invite them right away when you create the session, so everyone can start at the same time.
How do you view the results?
In the dashboard you see the composite group profile, the individual profiles and the analysis. Want Stairways to review it for advice? You choose that explicitly when creating the session. Without that permission, we only see the group average, never the individual profiles. You can download everything as a PDF and delete the session once you're done.
