CIRCYOULAR®

CIRCYOULAR® is a method developed by Job van Merendonk. Together with the Samenwerkingskompas it translates insight into team dynamics into concrete impact for teams, people and organizations. I apply it in organisational development, personal development and training: progress arises when people understand themselves and each other better.

What it covers

01

Insight into individual drivers and motivation

CIRCYOULAR® makes each team member's drivers visible: recognizable, predictable and directly applicable. This reveals the dynamics within the team and what truly moves people.
02

Team dynamics with the Samenwerkingskompas

With the Samenwerkingskompas we map collaboration patterns. Walking, dancing, flirting, pushing and hanging: five movements that show how a team reacts under pressure, and where space for recovery or growth lies.
03

Organisational development with measurable impact

From governance and structure to performance and change programmes. Over 30 years in organisations show: change endures only when people understand themselves and each other better. CIRCYOULAR® translates that insight into concrete, measurable impact.
04

Personal development at executive level

Leadership starts with self-direction. In coaching and training we work on role, control, impact and the difficult conversations that come with it. Not therapy, but focused development of who you are and how you act.
05

Training that endures in practice

Training for managers, HR departments, trainers and consultants, where theory and practice meet. From insight into drivers to behaviour you apply the next day. Always linked to the Samenwerkingskompas.
06

Collaboration that endures

Honest feedback, concrete agreements and evaluation. No one-off impulse, but anchoring in how the team works. The Samenwerkingskompas remains the lasting reference point.

Approach

CIRCYOULAR® and the Samenwerkingskompas are always central, whether it concerns a team, a leader or an entire organisation. We start with insight: what moves people, what patterns exist, where is tension or space? We then translate that into concrete steps: - Insight into drivers, per individual and per team, recognizable and applicable. - Organisational development: structure, governance and performance aligned with the people. - Personal development: leadership and control, at executive level. - Training: practice-oriented, for managers, HR, trainers and consultants. - Anchoring: agreements, evaluation and the Samenwerkingskompas as a lasting reference point.
