Which movement do you make in collaboration?
Based on the book "The silent drama of collaboration" by Richard Walraven, the collaboration compass has been developed: five movements that can occur between people. Fill out the questionnaire to gain insight into which movements you make most often, especially when tension rises. If you want to know what the dynamics within your team are like, create a group profile.

Why the Collaboration Compass?
Collaboration is more than making agreements. It is a game of movements: sometimes you move closer, sometimes you walk away, sometimes you seek harmony. Knowing your own preference lets you choose consciously instead of reacting automatically.
Insight into your patterns
Understand which movements you naturally make, especially when things get tense in collaboration.
Collaborate better
Recognize and leverage the differences in your team. What you experience as conflict is often a different movement.
